About B.Soul Flow: Coming from a dance background of contemporary, jazz, and hiphop I begin to practice yoga to help with my flexibility. Years later, I found the calmness and the lovely challenge that yoga brought into my life. The challenge of digging within, but also seeing the beautiful growth within myself both physically and mentally. I’ve always had a love for music with soulful beats and found that it can enhance your practice.
